To manage this, simply go to Bandwidth Capping in your BJB FILMS app whilst playing the video and change the streaming quality.

The BJB FILMS app lets you download shows and movies to watch offline. It is available for Android and Apple phones, tablets, smart TVs, media boxes, Xbox One and PS4. Go to the app store on your device, search ‘BJB FILMS’, select and download.
